Portable air conditioners are rated in BTU, the greater the BTU of a unit, the more cooling power it has. Here are the general guidelines for room sizing selecting portable air conditioners: 7500 BTU - 150 square feet, 9000 BTU - 200 square feet, 10000 BTU - 250 square feet, 12000 BTU - 350 square feet, 13000 BTU - 400 square feet.

Battery Care Instructions
A new battery comes in a discharged condition and must be charged before use (refer to the devices manual for charging instructions). When charging the battery for the first time the device may indicate that charging is complete after just 10 or 15 minutes. This is a normal phenomenon with rechargeable batteries.
